Deals & Offers for 2021 Hunting

Please Note:  We offer 2021 hunts at 2020 prices because the Covid madness and questionable narratives about the so called pandemic has affected both the foreign hunter and the local hunting industry.  For your peace of mind,  South Africans have a survival rate of 98,4" of those that contracted this Chinese 'flu.  80% of those showed no, or very mild symptoms.

Out in nature you are as safe as it has always been, and we do not go to any large gatherings - except for herds of impala or blesbok, and surely you will experience their style of social distancing from humans!

This is what Sable Rowland Ward+ horns look like.

The telephoto lens caught this RW+++ in the day's last sunlight. Such genes will never be hunted - the very reason why they exist.

Interested in a lion hunt the South African way?
We do not assassinate him over a bait.  You and I and a tracker and another PH will track and stalk him.  He will stand his ground - often by lyimg down in a dense bush, invisible at 30 yards,  waiting for a foolish move. Before shooting him he will look you in the eye and measure you - and you will look him in the eye and measure yourself...

Black springbok.  It is a genetic throwback, and when it suddenly occurred the gene was captured and a few females were implanted with it.  The purists amongst us (I am one) believe it is not natural and the system is in agreement.

Some Landowners now offer them to be hunted for free until there is not a single one left until the gene will one day appear again - singly, as is natural.  So within a few years there will be no more colour variations left.  Same with the golden wildebeest.  Both can be arranged.

SPECIAL DEAL 3:  FOR THE FIRST TIME CAPE BUFFALO HUNTER

1x very big bodied mature Cape buffalo 37"- 39".

1x 40"-45" sable.

1x possible RW blesbok but not guaranteed to be RW.

$9,000  4 day hunt.

Cape buffalo shot placement for the heart top chambers. Only there is where your bullet must go.

Too high, a lung shot on a Cape buffalo is worthless and a hazard. To the rear of the leg there is not even lung - so never, ever shoot behind the leg. Trouble.

The cross hairs must be moved upwards along the front part of the leg until the low shoulder bulge is reached and the bullet put right there.  Bring your .375 H&H or Ruger, .416 Rigby or Ruger, or .458 Lott.  From long experience with Cape buffalo we prefer the best quality flat nose monolithic copper solids.

WE HAVE CONCESSIONS IN LIMPOPO PROVINCE, NORTH WEST PROVINCE, FREE STATE PROVINCE AND EASTERN CAPE PROVINCE FOR ALL DG AND NON-DG GAME, - AND NORTHERN CAPE (KALAHARI - THE LATTER MOSTLY FOR FREE RANGING LION.  WE DO ON FOOT HUNTING OF LION, TRUE WALK AND STALK AND NOT OVER BAIT.

FOR HUNTING LION IN THE KALAHARI BRING YOUR .458 WIN MAG WITH 450 GR OR  .375 WITH 270 GR OR .416 WITH 350 GR HORNADY INTERLOCK BULLETS or your .458 Lott with 500 gr - THAT IS IF YOU ARE UP TO A FACE TO FACE ENCOUNTER WITH THE WORLD TOP PREDATOR.  THAT IS OUR WAY.  THE RIFLE YOU KILL THIS CAT WITH IN OUR STYLE OF HUNTING YOU WILL NEVER SELL AGAIN.  ANY KID CAN ASSASSINATE A LION OVER BAIT FROM A BLIND WITH A .243 WINCHESTER.  A MAN FACES IT HEAD ON WITH A RIFLE UP TO THAT TASK.

FOR ELEPHANT WE HAVE CONCESSIONS IN MPUMALANGA PROVINCE AS WELL AS IN BOTSWANA AND ZIMBABWE.  BRING YOUR .375 OR .416 CALIBRE OR .458 LOTT RIFLE WITH FLAT NOSE MONOLITHIC SOLIDS.

Game are plentiful in South Africa and you WILL get your trophy.  Enquire for prices on any combination of the following:

Blue wildebeest, black wildebeest, zebra, eland, kudu, nyala, sable, red hartebeest, impala, giraffe, tsessebe, oryx, blesbok, springbok, reedbuck, mountain reedbuck, red lechwe, fallow deer, barbary sheep, Cape buffalo, baboon, lion, leopard, elephant.

Hunting lion in South Africa is not the assassinating from a blind style as has been the standard north of the Limpopo River for more than 100 years.  We track and stalk them and the shooting will invariably be face to face:

"He will look you in the eye and measure you, and you will look him in the eye - and measure yourself"

The above statement is why Eastern European and Spaniard men and woman come to South Africa to hunt lion.  Men who do not talk loud but who stand firm and shoot straight.  Women who put their bullets exactly where the PH tells her to.

While an unwounded Cape buffalo is the most dangerous animal on earth there is more adrenalin involved in hunting a lion on foot.  He is more front and centre than a buffalo.  He dies quicker from a heart shot than a Cape buffalo but needs better shooting during a charge.
